| 360 | g chicken thighs, skinless |
| 2 | cups chicken broth |
| 2 | potatos, diced |
| 1 | cup carrots |
| 28 | oz stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | tbsp curry powder |
| 2 | tsp hot sauce |
- Boil the chicken thighs in chicken broth until no longer pink
- Add diced pototatoes and babu carrots to broth and boil until tender
- Add curry and hot sauce
- Just before serving at stewed tomatoes, and heat through.
- Serve over rice.
