Jamaican Curry Recipe

This is a dish that will heat you from the inside out!!

Ingredients
360 g chicken thighs, skinless
2 cups chicken broth
2 potatos, diced
1 cup carrots
28 oz stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp hot sauce
Directions
  1. Boil the chicken thighs in chicken broth until no longer pink

  2. Add diced pototatoes and babu carrots to broth and boil until tender

  3. Add curry and hot sauce

  4. Just before serving at stewed tomatoes, and heat through.

  5. Serve over rice.
