Pancake, low-fat and sugar-free

Makes 1 serving

simple pancake

Ingredients
1 egg, whole
50 g flour, wholemeal
2 tbsp dried milk, with added vitamin A
100 ml water
1 salt
Directions
  1. mix ingredients in a bowl and pour them into frying pan. Makes two small pancakes.

  2. Add sweetener (eg Canderel) or spices as needed.
