| 224 | g Chunk light tuna in sping water |
| 2 | tsp Helmans Real |
| 1 | celery stalk |
| 1 | tsp onion |
Mix together...I add onion and garlic powder, along with salt and pepper, but the receipe thing wouldn't let me put it in....And I eat on a wasa cracker....One serving is like 2 tablespoons. This would be alot lighter if you use non fat mayo, I just did not have any,,,so I used what I had.....Categories
