| 2 | tablespoons almond butter |
| 1/4 | teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice |
| 1 | teaspoons skim milk |
Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.Categories
