cup milk, 2% |

tbsp butter |

Directions
- sift flour into a bowl make a well in the middle, crack one egg at a time and mix with an electronic hand whisk (or by hand) then add the milk and water. Melt the butter in the microwave and add that, mixing well.
- Tap mixture on the table top to knock out bubbles and leave to sit for about 20 minutes. (not in the fridge)
- Heat a non stick skillet using med/high heat, spray with cooking spray, take skillet off of the heat and and pour batter (about 1/4 cup) until there is a thin layer (or as thick as you like) place back on heat and cook until the top has firmed up and it no longer sticks then flip or use a spatular and turn over, cook until it no longer sticks on the reverse side then serve.
