Oatmeal Bars #1 Recipe

Makes 24 servings


high-carb, easy-to-digest bars for pre-run energy

Ingredients
5 cups oats
3 cups water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
Directions
  1. Stir sugars and water together until sugar dissolves

  2. Mix oats and flour, add to sugar/water

  3. Pour in 9x13 pan

  4. Bake at 300 for 1 hour

  5. *Add more flour, less oats next time*
