Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Makes 3 servings


Spaghetti with a zing

Ingredients
1 small cucumber
1 small tomato
8 tbsp italian dressing
20 shrimps
6 ounces spaghetti, whole-wheat
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Directions
  1. Boil spaghetti for about 20 minutes in hot water and drain

  2. Steam shrimp (season with onion powder and garlic powder) in 1/2 inch of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes

  3. Cut cucumber in small pieces

  4. Cut tomato in small pieces

  5. Mix vegetables

  6. Add italian dressing to mixed vegetables

  7. Add shrimp to dressing and mixed vegetables

  8. In a separate bowl, pour spaghetti and shrimp, dressing and vegetable mixture

  9. Toss and enjoy (best served cool)
