Spaghetti with a zing
| 1 | small cucumber |
| 1 | small tomato |
| 8 | tbsp italian dressing |
| 20 | shrimps |
| 6 | ounces spaghetti, whole-wheat |
| 1 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp onion powder |
- Boil spaghetti for about 20 minutes in hot water and drain
- Steam shrimp (season with onion powder and garlic powder) in 1/2 inch of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes
- Cut cucumber in small pieces
- Cut tomato in small pieces
- Mix vegetables
- Add italian dressing to mixed vegetables
- Add shrimp to dressing and mixed vegetables
- In a separate bowl, pour spaghetti and shrimp, dressing and vegetable mixture
- Toss and enjoy (best served cool)
