Italian Style Pasta Salad, great for picnics
| 16 | ounce of pasta |
| 1 | green pepper, diced |
| 1/2 | onion, diced |
| 1 | large tomato, diced |
| 1/2 | carrot, grated |
| 1 | cup italian salad dressing |
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Toss in large bowl with all veggies. Add salad dressing.
- Add extra vegetables, if you desire.
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving or overnight, if possible. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it becomes. Enjoy!
- For variations, you could add chopped or sliced olives, shredded parmesan or mozzarella cheese, or add chopped ham or pepperoni.
