Really Good Chicken is 4 chicken breasts - I guessed on how many ozs. Tomato is 1 can rotel. Cheese is Velveeta.
| 64 | oz Chicken Breasts |
| 16 | oz spaghetti |
| 1/2 | stick butter |
| 2 | stalks celery |
| 1/2 | onion |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 350 | g Tomatoes |
| 1 | lb Cheese |
| 1 | can cream of chicken soup |
- Fill spaghetti pot with water, bring to boil. Add chicken and cook til done. Remove chicken from water and set aside. Use same water to cook spaghetti. Drain
- Chop celery, onion and bell pepper. Saute in melted butter.
- Add Rotel, soup, & cheese. Allow cheese to melt and then add chopped chicken last.
- Put your spaghetti in a 9 x 13 baking dish & pour sauce over. You can mix it up a little if you want. Cover & bake at 350 til bubbly.
