got off the internet somewhere

Ingredients
1/2 lb tofu, pressed dry between paper towels
1 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
  1. combine all ingredience in blender and puree until smooth. Goes well with tomato and cucumber sandwich. Stays fresh in fridge for 3 days
