Yummy grilled asparagus with slivered almonds and a zest of lemon.

Ingredients

cups raw spinach |
| 3 |
cups asparagus |
| 1/4 |
cup lemon juice |
| 1/4 |
cup olive oil |
| 1/4 |
cup almonds |
| 1/4 |
cup Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- pour lemon and olive oil together in a cup.
- pour over asparagus
- sprinkle asparagus with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- grill asparagus for 5 minutes on each side
- cut stems in thirds
- return lemon and olive oil reserves in original cup
- in a bowl combine spinach, almonds, and asparagus
- drizzle lemon and olive oil reserves over salad
- sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and toss
- eat and enjoy
