Chilled Melon and Berry Nectar Recipe

Delicious and light! Adapted from the American Diabetes Association. cantaloupe chunks honeydew chunks dry white wine orange juice sugar buttermilk blueberries cvt

Ingredients
1 cup cantaloupe, cut into chunks
1 cup honeydew, cut into chunks
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 g (3 packet) Equal sweetener (83289)
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1 cup blueberries
Directions
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the melons, wine, juice and Equal.

  2. Puree until almost smooth. Add the buttermilk and process again.

  3. Top each serving with blueberries.
