Zucchini Bread Recipe

Using whole wheat pastry flour gives it 1.9g fiber instead.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp egg white
9 tbsp milk
3 zucchini, shredded
3 cups flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
  1. - preheat oven to 375F

  2. - mix vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs

  3. - add shredded zucchini

  4. - sift all the dry ingredients

  5. - add them slowly into the batter

  6. - bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
