baked salmon

Makes 8 servings

quick and simple salmon

Ingredients
16 ounce salmon
1/2 onion, sliced
Directions
  1. put salmon in an oven-safe bowl, season as desired (I use the Russian Vegetta seasoning and black pepper), cover with sliced onions. Wrap the whole thing in foil and bake at 350F until ready.
