A very low calories vegetarian soup

Ingredients
2 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 cups of chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 cup chopped tomatoes
6 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Directions
  1. In a pot add all the above ingrediants and cook
