Swiss Steak Recipe

crock pot cookbook

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs round steak
2 tbsp flour
1 onion
20 baby carrots
2 1/2 celery stalks
15 oz tomato sauce
Directions
  1. Cut round steak into serving peices

  2. Season flour with salt and pepper to taste

  3. place onions in bottom of stoneware, add meat. Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
