Matzo Meal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour (matzo meal)
4 tbs margarine, oil, or butter
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Beat eggs, salt, water. Stir in matzo meal to make a smooth batter.

  3. Melt fat.

  4. Grease muffin pans.

  5. Stir remaining hot fat into batter.

  6. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.

  7. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

  8. I suggest you double the recipe!
