| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 1/2 | cups flour (matzo meal) |
| 4 | tbs margarine, oil, or butter |
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat eggs, salt, water. Stir in matzo meal to make a smooth batter.
- Melt fat.
- Grease muffin pans.
- Stir remaining hot fat into batter.
- Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- I suggest you double the recipe!
