My recipe for fruit salad
| 5 | cups papaya |
| 5 | cups pineapple |
| 4 | medium bananas |
| 7 | large strawberries |
| 1 | cup orange juice |
| 1/2 | cup lemon juice |
| 1/3 | cup lime juice |
- Peel and remove seeds/core from papaya and pineapple. Cut into 1/2-1" chunks and put in large bowl.
- Add sliced bananas and pour orange, lemon, and lime juice over fruit. Toss gently.
- For best results, refrigerate salad for 2-3 hours before serving.
