cups baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped (stems removed) |

dried tomatoes, cut into thirds |

tblsp marjoram or oregano, finely chopped |
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 200 deg cel
- whicsk together eggs, oil and yogurt
- add flour, feta, parmesan and spinach, and stir until combined.
- Spoon mixture into tins and top with a piece of tomato and sprinkle with marjoram or oregano.
- bake for 12-15 mins, until puffed and lightly golden
