Mango Salsa Recipe

Submitted by ebsquared

Makes 30 servings

Mango Salsa is a healthy supplement to tortilla chips. The combination of Mangos, Tomatoes, Peppers, and cilantro create a very healthy supply of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. The healthist compliment to the Mango Salsa would be flour tortilla chips. The salsa should be mainly served as a side for chips as an appetizer. The salsa alone cannot serve as a primary source of nutrition, so the most important part is choosing a healthy chip to go with the salsa.

Ingredients
5 Tomatoes
2 Mangos
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp chili peppers
2 tsp dried onions
2 tsp cilantro
Directions
  1. Dice all the tomatoes, mangos, peppers, and onions.

  2. Mix all together in a bowl.

  3. Add small amounts of spices if deemed necessary.
