Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake Recipe

Makes 24 servings


Values DO NOT include frosting. Serve plain or with Honey Lemon Glaze or another lemon or vanilla glaze.

Ingredients
18 1/2 oz lemon cake mix
8 oz vanilla yogurt
3 2/5 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
2 cups blueberries
1/2 tbl flour
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350, grease & flour bundt pan

  2. Toss berries in flour

  3. Blend other ingredients in large bowl then beat 2 minutes on low speed.

  4. Fold in berries

  5. Spread in prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove to serving plate. Cool completely before frosting

  7. Values DO NOT include frosting
