This recipe has no cholesterol because only egg whites were used instead of the entire egg Also there is less fat because soymilk is used instead of regular milk There is also a lot of fiber because of the bran cereal being one of the main ingredients I also used whole grain flour instead of white flour for extra fiber The food coloring was only added for looks
| 1 1/2 | cup cereal |
| 1 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon baking powder |
| 1 1/4 | cup soymilk |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/4 | cup vegetable oil |
- In a blender, crush the bran to fine crumbs
- Stir together crumbs with the flour, sugar, and baking powder
- In another bowl, mix egg whites, oil, and soymilk.
- Combine both bowls
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
