Crock Pot Veggies N' Broth

Makes 4 servings

A collection of veggies, stewed in chicken broth. Good accompaniment for grilled or roasted chicken. Also makes a nice light lunch. Many combinations of spices can be added for flavor. Different veggies can be substituted.

Ingredients
8 ounce chicken broth
1 lb carrot
1/4 head cabbage
1/2 large red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 medium potato
Directions
  1. Chop vegetables to bite-size pieces.

  2. Dice garlic

  3. Combine with broth in crock pot

  4. Cook on low about 6 hours or on high about 3 hours.

  5. Salt and season to taste.
