Pineapple Shrimp Kabobs

Makes 1 serving

A yummy and low calorie dinner!

Ingredients
8 large shrimp
18 slices onion
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon honey
1 tsp brown sugar
Directions
  1. Mix together in a medium bowl all ingredients except for the shrimp, onion and pineapple.

  2. Once mixed, add in your shrimp, onion and pineapple chunks. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.

  3. Preheat grill to medium, grill shrimp kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning once.

  4. You may use any other vegetables you like.

  5. Enjoy!
