Great for breakfast, dessert or snacking. Easy, fast and comforting.

Ingredients
| 1/2 |
cup golden raisins |
| 1/2 |
cup butter |
| 1/2 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1 |
tbsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 |
cups oats |
| 6 |
small apples |
Directions
- mix together, raisins, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. melt all but 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of butter, add to dry mixture. Wash and core the apples leaving the top of the apple a little wider then the base (for more filling). Stuff apples being sure to pack the filling in. After filling is evenly distributed, drop the remaining butter on top of each apple and bake at 350 until apples are soft. (about an hour.)
