This is a low calorie delicious soup containing my favorite veggies and fat free broth.
| 2 | cups green beans, canned french style |
| 1 | cup carrots, frozen |
| 1/2 | cup green peas,frozen |
| 2 | cups butter beans, frozen |
| 4 | cups tomatoes, canned |
| 1 1/2 | cups corn, whole kernal |
| 1 | cup onion, diced |
| 8 | cups broth, fat free, low sodium |
| 1/4 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon Italian seasoning |
- Place all ingredients in crock pot on high for 3 hours.
- Can be served over brown rice for a heartier meal.
- Freeze left overs in 1 or 2 cup containers to reheat in the microwave for quick single serve meals.
