Moms Vegetarian Veggi Soup Recipe

Makes 15 servings


This is a low calorie delicious soup containing my favorite veggies and fat free broth.

Ingredients
2 cups green beans, canned french style
1 cup carrots, frozen
1/2 cup green peas,frozen
2 cups butter beans, frozen
4 cups tomatoes, canned
1 1/2 cups corn, whole kernal
1 cup onion, diced
8 cups broth, fat free, low sodium
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot on high for 3 hours.

  2. Can be served over brown rice for a heartier meal.

  3. Freeze left overs in 1 or 2 cup containers to reheat in the microwave for quick single serve meals.
