Mushroom & Macaroni Tuna Salad Recipe

filling tuna salad for all meals

Ingredients
3 cups mushrooms, boiled, canned , in salt, drained
50 g green olives, sliced
500 g tuna, white, canned in oil
3 tbsp olive oil
150 g macaroni
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup parsley,
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients througouly

  2. leave to soak in frigde for 8 hours

  3. serve cold
