Banana Milkshake (Chocolate)

Makes 1 serving

Rich shake that is a good alternative to the fastfood style drink

Ingredients
1 medium banana, frozen, peeled
6 oz skim milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, processed
Directions
  1. Break frozen banana into quarters and place in blender.

  2. Pulse blender to chop banana.

  3. Add cocoa powder then milk

  4. Blend until smooth. (Note: overblending will make it runny)
