Use the thick stems of the lettuce for this and save the leafy green part for regular salads. For seasoning, I like a mixture called Schwarma (a middle-eastern cayenne pepper and cardamon mixture) but a chili blend or BBQ blend would work just as well or even dill and dried mustard.

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup lettuce, chopped |
| 1 |
cup cucumber, seed pulp removed and diced |
| 1/2 |
sweet red pepper, diced |
| 1/4 |
cup corn |
| 1 |
cup carrot, diced |
| 1/4 |
cup bean sprouts |
| 80 |
g Tuna |
| 2 |
tbs mozzarella, low fat |
| 1 |
tsp soy sauce |
| 1 |
dash cayenne pepper |
| 1 |
dash mace |
| 1 |
dash cardamom |
Directions
- Dice the vegetables as fine as you'd like, to complement in size the corn and bean sprouts. Minimally they should all be bite sized.
- Combine into a large bowl with the soy sauce. Add tuna then cottage cheese on top. At this point you can sprinkle on any spice mixture you might like to give it a little more flavor.
- Enjoy
