Pot Roast Recipe

Old fashioned pot roast.

Ingredients
15 oz beef broth
1 lb top round
1 cup carrots
1 cup onion, sliced
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp bay leaf
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
Directions
  1. Place everything in a crock pot.

  2. Simmer for 8-10 hours.
