Lemondade drink for master cleanse aka lemonade diet.
| 2 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp organic maple syrup |
| 1/10 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 6 | oz water |
Combine all ingredients, you can use warm or cold water. Be sure to use Organic grade C maple syrup. I like it better without the cayenne so I take capsuls.Categories
