Mushroom, Sausage & Swiss Quiche Recipe

Makes 8 servings


A quick, delicious quiche using a frozen pie crust and vegetarian sausage.

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp flour
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 Breakfast Sausage Patties Breakfast diced
1 cup cheese (swiss), shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a frozen deep-dish pie crust and bake at 375 40-45 minutes.

  2. I prefer to use Pet-Ritz deep dish crusts. Don't forget to add the calories for this separately. (90 per serving -- 8 servings per crust)
