A quick, delicious quiche using a frozen pie crust and vegetarian sausage.
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | tbsp flour |
| 2 | green onions, sliced |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 8 | oz mushrooms, sliced |
| 3 | Breakfast Sausage Patties Breakfast diced |
| 1 | cup cheese (swiss), shredded |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
- Combine all ingredients. Pour into a frozen deep-dish pie crust and bake at 375 40-45 minutes.
- I prefer to use Pet-Ritz deep dish crusts. Don't forget to add the calories for this separately. (90 per serving -- 8 servings per crust)
