Wheat Free Hamburgers Recipe

Grew up eating these burgers, didn't realize they were unique until a friend of mine couldn't believe that I used oatmeal instead of bread crumbs for filler. I make a huge batch with my Mom and we freeze them for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
9.42 kg Lean Ground Beef
112 g Lipton Onion Soup Mix
226 g. Quick Oats
12 eggs
15 g Montreal Steak Spice
4 T BBQ Sauce
5 T Ketchup
5 g Seasoning Salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Form patties (approx 100g.) We used a canning jar lid to get them all about the same size.

  3. Place on pan lined with wax paper.

  4. Freeze.

  5. Once they are frozen they can be put into zip lock bags for easier storage.

  6. Throw these puppies straight on the grill and enjoy!!
