Quick and Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1 chicken breast, grilled, cooled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp salad dressing, thousand island
Directions
  1. Place lettuce, onion, tomato and green pepper in a single serving bowl and toss.

  2. Scatter the chicken pieces over the salad ingredients and top with the salad dressing.
