Delicious, moist muffins with no fat, no sugar, and few calories.

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup all-purpose flour |
| 2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 1/2 |
cups bananas, mashed |
| 1 |
egg white |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 |
tsp vanilla extract |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 365 degrees (farenheit).
- Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl.
- In a seperate bowl mash bananas and egg whites thoroughly.
- Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until blended.
- Pour mixture into 12 paper cupcake liners in muffin tin.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven when toothpick can be inserted into centre of muffin and comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
