Oatmeal Mini Pie Shell Recipe

Makes 11 servings


no oil

Ingredients
1/4 c oatmeal
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp fat-free yogurt
Directions
  1. Putting a little bit of yogurt at a time and use fork to cut flour/oatmeal to be more moistened. The dough shouldnt be too moist and too dry.

  2. Pat in 11 small pie shells. Bake at 200C for 7-10 minitutes.

  3. Fill in with your favorite pie filling. Enjoy!
