Potato Salad (Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill Recipe) Recipe

I seriously lightened up this recipe, but it's still delicious

Ingredients
1/2 cup dijonnaise (view)
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise (view)
1/4 cup light mayonnaise (view)
2 tbsp lime juice (view)
2 tbsp hot sauce (view)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (view)
3 scallions, chopped, white and green parts (view)
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped (view)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (view)
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped (view)
1 tsp salt (view)
1 tsp pepper (view)
10 medium potatoes (view)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, except the potatoes, in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place warm potatoes in a large bowl and pour the mixture over potatoes and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper, to taste.
