| 1/2 | cup dijonnaise (view) |
| 1/4 | cup fat free mayonnaise (view) |
| 1/4 | cup light mayonnaise (view) |
| 2 | tbsp lime juice (view) |
| 2 | tbsp hot sauce (view) |
| 1/4 | cup chopped coriander (view) |
| 3 | scallions, chopped, white and green parts (view) |
| 1/2 | medium red onion, finely chopped (view) |
| 1/2 | tsp cayenne pepper (view) |
| 4 | cloves garlic, finely chopped (view) |
| 1 | tsp salt (view) |
| 1 | tsp pepper (view) |
| 10 | medium potatoes (view) |
Combine all the ingredients, except the potatoes, in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place warm potatoes in a large bowl and pour the mixture over potatoes and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper, to taste.Categories
