Garlic Roast Chicken

Ingredients

lbs chicken |
| 1/2 |
medium onion |
| 4 |
cloves garlic |
| 3 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tsp pepper |
| 1 1/2 |
tbsp olive oil |
Directions
- Clean whole chicken. Salt and pepper inside. Peal garlic and cut up 1/2 onion place in cavity. Spray or rub oil over outside of chicken. Salt and pepper outside of chicken.
- Place in foil covered cookie sheet and put in 450 degree oven for 30 mins. Lower temp to 400 and cook until golden brown and juices run clear. (approx 30-40 min)
