Chili Lime Chicken

Ingredients
| 500 |
g chicken breast, no skin |
| 2 |
tbsp lime juice |
| 2 |
tsp chili peppers, sliced |
| 200 |
g yoghurt, natural, low fat |
| 150 |
ml milk |
Directions
- Cut chicken fillets into 2 pieces.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the chicken and add chopped chillies.
- Now pour over natural yoghurt, mix to ensure the chicken is coated, cover and leave to marinade for around half an hour.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and poach the chicken in the milk and olive oil until the juices run clear. Add the rest of the marinade into the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
- Pour this over the chicken and serve with rice or naan bread and green salad.
