Tania's Guacamole (Family Recipe) Recipe

Makes 10 servings


I use serrano peppers instead of jalapenos, but CC won't calculate them.

Ingredients
3 avocados (medium-large size, ripe)
2/3 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped coriander (cilantro)
5 tbsp minced jalapeno peppers (I use serrano peppers)
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Scrape all the avocado into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
