I use serrano peppers instead of jalapenos, but CC won't calculate them.
| 3 | avocados (medium-large size, ripe) |
| 2/3 | cup chopped tomato |
| 1/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 1/3 | cup chopped coriander (cilantro) |
| 5 | tbsp minced jalapeno peppers (I use serrano peppers) |
| 1/4 | cup lime juice |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
Scrape all the avocado into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, if needed.Categories
