chicken sweet with pineapple!
add some veggies while baking so they're juicy toooo
** if possible marinate the chicken in the vinegar mix before baking

Ingredients
| 2 |
chicken breast |
| 1/4 |
tsp ground ginger |
| 1/4 |
tsp paprika |
| 3/4 |
tsp onion powder |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp garlic powder |
| 1 |
tbsp apple cider vinegar |
| 1/5 |
cup tomato sauce |
| 1 |
tbsp soy sauce |
| 5 |
ounce crushed pineapple |
| 1/2 |
tbsp brown sugar |
| 2/3 |
cup brown rice |
Directions
- preheat oven to 400
- arrange chicken in greased dish
- mix ginger, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder in a bowl
- add vinegar and mix well
- divide mixture and brush half over chicken
- bake for 10 min
- turn chicken pieces and baste with remaining half of mixture and bake for 10 more min
- in another bowl mix ketchup soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar
- spoon over chicken and bake for another 15 min.
