Cheesy Potatoes
| 2 | pounds potatoes, hash brown |
| 2 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 3/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | can (Campbell's) Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1 | cup butter |
- Thaw out potatoes. Set aside.
- Mix all ingredients together adding the potatoes once they are fully thawed.
- Place on 9X13 baking pan and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
