This is a slightly editted version of my mom's awesome recipe. The halved grapes make it seem like you're indulging, but can easily be cut for caloric sake. This makes a giant serving and is very filling. Hope you like it!
| 1 | cup grilled chicken breast |
| 1 | tsp. soy sauce |
| 1 | tsp. grated ginger |
| 1/2 | tsp. lemon juice |
| 1/4 | cup grapes |
| 1/4 | c. chopped celery |
| 2 | tbs. light mayonnaise |
Mix all except almonds. Serve over romaine with some flax bread toast triangles.Categories
