Chicken pasta
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 500 | g chicken breast, skin removed |
| 400 | g tomatoes, cut up |
| 230 | g chili sauce |
| 1 | large green pepper, chopped |
| 116 | g celery, chopped |
| 58 | g onion, chopped |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | tsp basil, dried |
| 1 | tsp parsley, dried |
| 1/4 | tsp red pepper powder |
| 250 | g pasta, whole wheat, dry weight |
- Heat olive oil in pan.
- Cook chicken over high heat, stirring for 3-5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Reduce heat.
- Add tomatoes and their juice, chili sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley and red pepper powder.
- Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta
