| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | egg white |
| 250 | ml oil |
| 1/4 | cup lemon juice |
- puree the garlice with salt
- in a blender add egg white and then slowly add oil while blending until having a mayonaisy texture .
- add lemon for taste.
