Ingredients
2 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg white
250 ml oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
  1. puree the garlice with salt

  2. in a blender add egg white and then slowly add oil while blending until having a mayonaisy texture .

  3. add lemon for taste.
