clove garlic |
| 700 |
ml water |
| 1/4 |
tsp cumin |
| 175 |
g potato |
| 125 |
g carrot |
Directions
- saute leek and garlic in oil for 2-3 mins.
- add water (with veg stock added), cumin, and season.
- Add potato simmer for 10-15 mins.
- add carrot, simmer 2-3 mins.
- adjust seasoning.
