Healthy Crispy Lemon Rosemary Chicken Strips Recipe

Delicious chicken strips teh whole family will love! No oil, all whole grain and DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
86 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only, cut into strips

Marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp rosemary, Fresh or Dried
1 tsp garlic, Minced

Coating:
5 Crackers, Crispbread, Rye
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients for Marinade in a Ziploc bag, and add in raw chicken strips. Refridgerate for a min. of 20 min, but overnight is best for flavour.

  2. Remove chicken strips and one by one, cover them in coating. Place them on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, remove form oven, turn over, and bake for another 10 min. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a lemon wedge.

  3. ENJOY!
