Fried potatoes, yummy!

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup potato |
| 1 |
tbsp parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 |
onion |
| 1 |
dash salt |
| 1 |
dash pepper |
| 2 |
tbsp grapeseed oil |
Directions
- preheat oil in cast iron pan (okay, any will do but cast iron is the BEST)
- chop potato
- toss in pan and make sure oil coats potatoes
- chop onion
- when potatoes are mostly done (look cooked and are just getting crispy) toss in the oinion
- When good and crispy and the onions are translucent toss em on your plate.
- Add the parmesan on top
- For an extra kick add cayenne.
