Creme puffs
| 1 | cup water |
| 4 | large eggs |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 1 | cup flour |
- Heat butter and water in a sauce pan until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture comes to center and forms a ball of dough.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one with a wooden spoon.
- Mixture should be smooth.
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoons.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, until golden.
- Turn of oven and leave in oven for 15 minutes. Then take them out to cool.
- Cut in half and fill.
