Creme Puffs Recipe

Creme puffs

Ingredients
1 cup water
4 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
Directions
  1. Heat butter and water in a sauce pan until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat.

  3. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture comes to center and forms a ball of dough.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one with a wooden spoon.

  5. Mixture should be smooth.

  6. Drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoons.

  7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, until golden.

  8. Turn of oven and leave in oven for 15 minutes. Then take them out to cool.

  9. Cut in half and fill.
