Ingredients
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 1/8 |
c sugar (NOTE:use1/4c Lite Sugar) |
| 1/4 |
c flour |
| 1 |
tsp vanilla |
| 1/2 |
tsp cream of tartar |
Directions
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar by electric mixer til it gets soft peak
- Add sugar and beat til hard peak (just like when you making merringue)
- Sift flour into the mixing and fold it softly with rubber spatula
- Add vanilla and milk extract into batter
- Pour in half pound cake size pan (small pan) and bake at 180C for 30-40 mins
